Quote: les-goose "It would be nice to get something out of this but how do you get blood out of a stone I would suggest Yorkcourt as it was don't have the amount of money needed to hand to cover the cost of a stadium and would go into liquidation if a court case came about and they were ordered to build a stadium. Those owed money would be served first and our chance of a stadium would be zilch as they don't owe us money. Just my take on it as the capital they have wont build a stadium.'"
Surely the value of "Newmarket" is in the land that planning permission was granted and as such, whoever eventually holds the land (even if Yorkcourt pass it on, for whatever reason) would still be "liable" for the community facilities ?
Just a quick question for those in the know.
Did Yorkcourt benefit from the White Box being built or, was this done by a different developer ?
