Not really a delay just normal visa process

When it comes down to Trinity and visas there is always a delay!
Seems strange that Shudders annd Widnes recently got players signed and over here in days plus countless other examples in recent years.
What is the delay-anyone have a rational answer?

Maybe it's taken Hudds and Widnes just as long, and they've kept it quiet till it was a done deal, just a thought.

I would point out he is Tongan therefore the visa should not be related to his NRL appearances.

Years ago Trin were looking at some South Sea Islander and Wigan got wind of it and had all the paperwork filled in and he was in the squad before we knew he had been poached. We couldn't sign him because of 'X' problem but Wigan signed him without a problem.

I think after Pongia played a season with Wigan, it was revealed he had hepatitis B.
Thus curtailing his stay in England.
