Undoubtably thats the rather large fly in the ointment but i see it not as a cost but as an investment. There is no doubt that this appointment has to be got right or the implications for the club don't bear thinking about.

| Not been mentioned yet I think, but wouldn't surprise me if Brian Noble was drafted in short term, not sure if it would be a good move for the club though.

| Quote: Dannyboywt "No one mentioned JD?'"
Although career-wise it would make sense for him, he is clearly a man who puts family first, and although I don't know the guy, I doubt he would uproot his children again after settling them in Australia after all the UK years. Also, having settled in Northern Queensland, can you see him saying yes to the question, "how do you fancy living in Wakefield again?" I imagine one glance out of his window at the blue sky and twinkling blue waters would answer that question.

| Kelly has been out of coaching for too long. Morrison not ready yet, it wasn't that long since he was in the dressing room. too much familiarity doesn't go down well with coaching. the only man I think for the job , who could blow some fire into the embers we already have is Kear. Out of all the players I have spoke to over the years, like him or loathe him , they all agreed his man management was second to none in RL. He knew how to get the boys up for a game or for a challenge.
He seemed to thrive on being in the position we are now , the underdog, the no hopers. the only question is, will he be willing to step up to the plate again? I think he would, the guy loves a challenge. back to the wall stuff is right up his street. tailor made for trinity at this time and imo if we get out of this for the next 2 years to steady the ship.

| Morrison for me. He has championship experience for the playoff games and also he would have the power and knowledge on the aussie market. He knows the club. Jk much as I love him he would be a fix short term not sure long term does he interest some.good aussie names I'm not sure.

| Reckon you will go for the cheapest option which will be Francis Cummins. He's currently coaching the junior team at Leeds Leopards after months of searching for a new coaching role. Even went over to Oz & rugby union for interviews but got nothing. Let's face it he's used to working with a poor team in adverse conditions from his Bulls experience

| Shows your lack of knowledge. This isn't a poor team, it's a team IMO that's not been coached well, lacks confidence and fitness.

| Jason Demetriou has said that he is flattered with the fans wanting him back, and that he has `A lot to think about`.
With his attitude as a player, his passion for this club and his success as a head coach he would definitely be up there on my list.

| MC quoted as saying we've had six expressions of interest within hours of Webster's exit.

Not sure if JD hasn't still got his house in Normy.
