| Quote: The Yellow Giraffe "Out of the 3 challenges in question I think the only one that was intentional and deserving of a ban was the Wilkin one.'"
Amor's haymaker swinging arm to Ryan's head was clearly violent conduct and should also be banned as Wilkin should very brave smashing a winger.
I wonder if Riley and Ryan had been injured from these fouls would the RFL had looked back at the footage like they did for Collis with the Bradford player and give bans to both Wilkin and Amor?

They were all expected, but what does a grade B offence result in?
I guess Leeds will be happy to benefit and face a crippled Saints squad

| Think you missed of Tim Roby - Grade F - Deliberately obstructing Wakefield from winning - 10-20 game ban. I'd rather have that then either St Helen's player being banned

| Quote: The Yellow Giraffe "It's just an opinion, I think it's too early to say if either of us are right or wrong as such. Obviously I've only seen it once, as have you I imagine. My initial reaction is that it wasn't as bad as the Wakefield fans made out, or Wigan fans for that matter.'"
Well I've just watched it on SL Full Time and for me he's lucky to get away with a Grade B - It was a shocker and quite deliberate.
Have you seen it yet? Still think it wasn't that bad???

I haven't seen it yet. At the game I wasn't convinced it was a bad one but if I've got it wrong I'll say so. The Wilkin one was stupid from him and he deserves a ban.

| No send of this morning for Storm player with dumping Newcastle player on his head.
Turns out Alex McKinnon has fractures to C4& C5 vertebrae, not sure on spinal cord damage yet.
Cameron Smith was heard complaing to ref blaming McKinnon for tucking his head in.
An awful looking tackle that has turned out much worse.

I've just watched it again. Looks bad. My comments yesterday now look a tad silly thanks to Mr.Amor. Quite clearly deserves a ban.

| If this blatant, cynical and dangerous attack of the head doesn't constitute a red card then I have no idea what does. It was as bad as Morley against the Aussies. I like Amor but that swinging arm was indefensible and I have no idea how Roby failed to show him the red card. Spineless.

| Quote: FickleFingerOfFate "If he got put on report for the tackle on Lomax, I think if he had gone any lower, he would have broken his fingers on the ground.'"
Not quite!
And to those suggesting Lomax milked a penalty: he has yet to do that in the whole of his Saints first team career so it's just ridiculous. He clearly hit his head when he slipped: his feet shot from underneath him, which no doubt at first sight looked like a big whack from Lautiti but which in fact was Lomax just going splat on the floor. If you hit your head on the floor without any means of breaking your fall you will be dazed. Hence he took a little time to get up.
As for Amor's shot: that was awful. I have no idea why he wasn't sent off. I didn't know his reputation previously but I hope that isn't the start of something we would rather not have. We have enough to deal with in Jon Wilkin who has now left us without an organising halfback of any description for the most important game of our season so far plus Leeds. I haven't seen Wilkin's tackle but I can imagine it because I saw the one he was banned for last year.
Amor is eligible for EGP and Saints usually claim it and move on. But Wilkin isn't eligible as he was banned 11 months ago and so he'll get two matches. If his tackle was anything like Amor's then he deserves it.
However, us fans don't.
