Whether she has, or hasn't, I believe she has a track record of not running RL clubs into administration. We should question everything the club does, regardless of who is in charge, but I feel a lot safer about the long term future of the club now, than in the last two/three years.

The proposals lead to a slight tv income increase for the championship clubs paid for from the tv money saved from the two relegated clubs. There would be no increase in tv money for the remaining SL clubs.

There would though be two less home games a season, which leads to less value in a season ticket so lower prices there, plus less exposure for club sponsors. Wakefield voting for a reduction is like a turkey voting for christmas.

In a way I agree. I just up the agenda isn't to gently run the club down to long term safety and stability in the lower leagues.

No Leeds were the only top 8 team that was present that did not walk out, the other being St. Helens who were no present, also no representative from castleford present.

They walked out because it was not supposed to be a high profile meeting and the structure was not supposed to be on the agenda at all until after the World Cup is over.
