There isn't any money to pull out that's the reason he isn't doing so at this stage. Unlike the creditors he was gonna leave up the creek, he won't force the issue now and settle for a few pence in the pound or nowt

That's a very good point having no money in the club to pull out but he could demand we sell players to release money to start paying him back, he is still the official owner is he not?

No he is no longer the owner or at least wont be as he has agreed to sell his shares to mc.

Can't see it being in his interests to try and force player sales to pay him back as would not raise full amount and would potentially send the club under shattering the illusion that he has the club interests at heart
