| Glen was proud as punch to be out there tonight and he looked to love every second, with him being the only Trin player on the park it was hard not to keep tracking him and it made me realising the amount of organizing the fella does and the way he knows when to get involved and when to get back in the line and save some juice.
Is he asthmatic, because he was blowing hard in the second half and looked to get an Inhaler from the physio that did the trick?

| I'm not a fan of 'International' Rugby League but was looking forward to this. Sadly it lacked the intensity I was hoping for and save for a few decent hits, the odd bit of attacking flair and at times some excellent defence I felt it was a bit of a let down. Morrison gave a good account of himself and put a long stint in so guess he wont be backing up on Sunday which is a shame. The booing of Tomkins was pathetic, why go to an 'International' match if you can't put club differences aside?

| I make it they were 22 points better than England. 2 try's that should have stood. The intercedption we scored would have never taken place had the ref awarded the trys they scored. Got my win at bookies due to some crap officiating at times.

The booing may well have had something to do with his comments in a newspaper yesterday that he sees his future in and England RU shirt.

He didnt actually say that though did he? He said he hadn't ruled it out as a possibility.
At least he was being honest. To boo one of our own was pathetic IMO.

| the "intensity" was lacking, but i put this down in part to no-one supporting the exiles.
in reality, all of the fans on the terraces were supporting england, so wanted england to do well. when the exiles scored, it was met with silence. compare that to a competitive game, their tries would have had their fans cheering and chanting, creating an atmosphere which would lift the players and the intensity of the game.
england were not good though, aside from robinson who i thought had a good game, the side didn't really gel. the exiles were similar, but they have only been together two weeks.

| There's not enough hatred, too many fans see their overseas players in the Exiles team and want them to beat England.
Castleford fans are priding themselves that Chase won MotM, what I'd like to see in the build up is quotes from the Exiles players like
[i"I love Cas but I'm Tongan and playing for the Exiles against England, Cas are in England so they can do one! After the game I'll give my all for Cas but on the night they're the enemy".[/i
James Graham should be talking up smashing Pulutua, Peacock v Leuluai, Bridge V King etc..
Post match we should be hearing about what this player did and what that player did and statements like if they want it like that then next time I'm going to rip his head off.
I'd like someone from the Exiles to have a go at England in the press, maybe McLennon or a senior Player, "we should have won by more, England were lucky, so and so's not that good, 1-0 to the Exiles" rub it in FFS!
We need some animosity for the Exiles, that's what Origin is built on.
We are too nice over here, too politicaly correct and at times we need to let our professionalism slip for a while and say things that will get under the skin.
Without these things games like this will become sanitised, passionless damp squibs.

| for a start this is a poor mans origin game, can understand you point clan, but havin lived in oz, i can tell you they dont have to slag us off to our face, they just get on with it, i can remember a interview with keith senior saying how we were going to fire on all cylinders, must of blown a gasket that night as they were crap ozzies hate us at international level, and find it an inconvience to play us. origin is everything to them, the press even hang outside gallens house on the run up to matches and lockyer is presenting a morning program. i thought the yorkshire vs lancashire origin would of progressed further though?
