I think he is - I know think he realises how much of a task it will be, something he probably didn't before.
With absolutely no fear of upsetting the AG poodles (loved saying that) this project bigger certainly different than anything that AG has been involved in before. He has a lot of learning to do and quickly. Before the poodles bark and whine, this is NOT a criticism - why should a guy who makes and sells conservatories and windows be expected to be up to speed on stadium builds straight away.
Again before the poodles go off on one I thought Ted was out of his depth on this one and he was fairly experienced in property development. It is BIG BIG money.
NM isn't just a stadium which alone is a 20 million pound development, it's part of a 200 million pound development. No one is born with the knowledge to do something like this, they have to learn on the job. AG has been thrown in the deep end and has also had other pressing issues. The problem is that NM is a full time job for someone and I don't see how the existing management can accommodate that, I hope to see some reinforcements arriving. I also think AG made a big mistake letting Francis go, not to push NM but to relieve the burden.
These are genuine concerns, assuming that is still acceptable.
