| Wakefield have exited administration and are set to announce the signings of four new players.
Spirit of 1873 have finally completed their mooted takeover of the club for a nominal fee from administrators O'Hara and Company, who have this week sold off three of the club's players, including star half-back Sam Obst.
A two-man board, comprising Glover and chief executive James Elston, will run the new club alongside new general manager Davide Longo, with John Kear staying on as head coach.
Glover said: "It's been tough for the last few weeks but we've got there.
"The security of the club is now solid and everyone can concentrate on doing their job."
Although Obst and Dale Ferguson's moves to Hull and Huddersfield have been confirmed, there remains a doubt over Daryl Millard's departure to Catalans.
The French club announced his signing via a press release on Wednesday, but nothing has been confirmed regarding his exit by O'Hara's or the new ownership.
Huddersfield have already revealed that they have released youngsters Josh Griffin and Greg Johnson to take up contracts with the Wildcats, while Warrington are set to loan the club young half-back Craig Harvey.
Another man set to make the move to Belle Vue is Leeds prop Kyle Amor. The deals are expected to be confirmed shortly.

Maybe not but our squad is slim to nil and we don't have the luxury of signing x, y and z with super league experience in time for the Catlan and Salford game. These will provide stability and depth to our squad while hopefully we pick up one or two experienced heads

and these arnt Sam Tomkins though !! The warrington kid is not even first choice in under 20's ! There is a kid called O'Brien who is streets ahead.
Amor cant get a gig at Leeds even while Peacock injured, Bailey injured, Ambler on Loan etc etc. Josh Griffin saw him a few times for Batley last season, and he struggled to make any impact whatsoever there....
I am not being funny mate i am just being realistic......dont you want a competitive team ?

About an hour ago we didn't even have a club, so we don't need your smug doses of reality thanks; we're quite aware of the reality of the situation we find ourselves in.

You're just being a patronising bore.
We do still have a large number of SL players. However we are not daft enough not to realise the squad is thin, hence the signing of these players to help fill the gaps. We don't expect them to be world beaters just squad players. That said we have discovered some of the best players this way. Trinity have had great success in the past by raiding the dustbins of other clubs, we have even occasionally polished them up so well we sold em back. So no lecture please, the one thing we know how to do is survive on the bare bones.
