I suspect you know you should be lining yourself up for an announcement that is less than your unrealistically high expectations, given that you seem to be wanting bricks laid on the 22nd, or full planning permission, which obviously takes longer than the stadium team have had.
But all sounds really positive, after so many false dawns I genuinely hope this is it now for you guys (even you SWC, despite your pathetic attempts at oneupmanship on the Cas board over the last few months). Good luck!  |

(although no one can question this. Long overdue). So he may b desperate enough finally t put aside his personal issues t keep himself in a job and have a quiet word with v planners!  |

Too late for Box to save his job I think. Come May the Conservatives will have a majority on the MDC and he'll no longer be in charge. Don't know who the current Leader of the Conservative Group is but I hope he doesn't take as much winning over as Box has.
