has it crossed your mind that it may be because of the involvement of the creation of a new junction?
Highways & planning agency? Forces such as this we can't control. But to be engaging with these people & finalising plans could show how far we are down the line with this. And if that's the case the club have done right by us all along in keeping quiet and getting on with it behind the scenes.
I'm reading between the lines, but i think there is more to this than we know, as TRB has hinted.
