| Quote: dboy "The Wildcats Community team will go into every school that will have them. They don't have "favourites" or "no-go schools".
My phone provider, my internet provider and Sky are all offering very good deals for new customers - should I ring them and complain about them trying to grow their business??'"
whilst trying to reduce "churn" which is the main problem of offerring "better deals to new customers". if you approach your isp, mobile phone provider and sky and threaten to cancel you will always get a better deal . this is completely different, we don't want to go and watch another team due to cost. i think that the junior cost is excellent value for money as i mentioned earlier we travel all over, actually preferring the away games to home but i am annoyed that we are being expected to pay more money.
does anybody know who i need to contact about getting the community team in to my son and daughters school? or do i just email the community dept?

Does this include away games also? The ones offered at schools may be for home games only & must be accompanied with a full paying adult.'"
yes it is for away games as well. agree it is good value but it should be for all.

snowie..it did, the kid i used to bring along is getting his own ticket this year and bringing his dad along also. only problem now is my daughter loves going (which i don't mind at all) but she thinks that she will now be able to go to catalans away with me and her brother. not a chance

| The lower priced tickets have to be under-written by someone - as they are obviously selling the away day tickets as well.
The under-writing will be done through the community team as part of a package of delivery of their message and will certainly not be a case of the club just giving £17 worth away for zilch.
The club should be appluaded for making this effort to attract more youngsters to the club - even if some of us, myself included, are unlikely to see the benefit ourselves.
On the bigger picture, what is the point in attracting new supporters if we then don't get some money back from them? Yes, MONEY, for without enough of it the club can do nothing! It's the same mentality that ensures we get 4k at our first home play off game because people would rather not hace to pay £18 to watch it live.
It's nice when there are deals on, but let's not forget that the deals are only there to help generate the larger amounts required to run the club.
We cannot have a club for free!

| Re-newed my season ticket the other day and asked about the junior season ticket for my daugther and was told the club has asked to go into every school in the district and it was upto every Individual school if they can go in or not,so hopefully they'll be coming into a school near you.

| I travel from outside the district with my lads and believe the club have a duty to visit every school in the country!!! (Joke before anyone reacts)
On a serious note I applaud this effort. Like an earlier poster I have a spare and bring an additional child to most games. Coming from a non-rugby league area the kids that come cannot believe how close they are to the action and the package associated with Super League and WTW in particular. That's without a good stadium but with the opportunity to play on the pitch afterwards.
Perhaps the idea of a £15 'bring a pal' ticket to existing ticket holders is something more of us should think about (if we could get one) because quite frankly if I had a mini coach I could get close to filling it from Lincolnshire most home games!
