also why eat humble pie? last year was all "we don't want snitch back because of what he said when he left" etc etc..been a top performer this year.

I think you might need to look more at your "coach" rather than your players.
A decent coach would have put your team in the top 4 this season.

Given a choice who would you prefer to keep Jeffries or McNamara, absolutely no contest for me.

Welcome back Ben. I suspect your experience back at Trin will be a whole lot different playing outside Broughy than last time playing insider Rooney. Fitness allowing next years squad looks strong (if somewhat thin).

Take away his try assists and you wouldn't still have a chance of the play-offs

Macca wouldn't anything to do with Dave Halley at the start of this season. It took a superior coach like Kear to get his full potential out of him. Once his ability, under the guidance of Kear was demonstrated, Macca had him back like a shot. I have a feeling that Kear will get the best out of Ben, especially playing along side Broughy.

Think the Bradford fans are just upset that they will have to stick with Deacon for yet another season.

So poor that he has the 2nd best stats in the league for try assists and more than double your next best.
How well you would have done without him this season.
