Peter Box has said on Radio Leeds that he can announce something on Monday.
He did state that it will be the trust who own the ground and not the club.
The trust will presumably benefit from the bars, catering and other developments at Newmarket.

It is therefore perfectly acceptable to know who is on the trust, what its aims are and how revenues and costs are to be accounted for.

Hopefully we may see progress at last.

He also confirmed the trust will own the stadium. Now we know Walker doesn't want our club directors on the trust. So who will be on Wakers trust beside himself ? For some reason Walker will not register his trust because it will force him to name who he is involved with. I wonder who these people are that can't be named.

What I suspect he meant was non match days. I assume that part of the clubs rental of the stadium includes it facilities when operating i.e. match day. That's certainly how it normally works.

You wouldn't rent a car without expecting free use of the steering wheel. The mans a Buffon if he sees it otherwise.

As for any bar revenue etc non match related that's more open to debate.

Don't know about Walker but I am certain Mackie wants the club to fold it was his plan all along.

In all fairness we can discuss what we think the tenancy arrangements will be for ever and a day. However I am now certain this would be futile because I am convinced he will never build a stadium so its all irrelevant.

Not sure about wanting the club to fold, maybe expected the club to fold when they agreed to build the stadium all them years ago. But yeah I guess if we did fold it would get them out of this situation they seem desperate to wriggle out of
