The thing with Addy is his versatility. Whilst he may not be a world beater he can play several positions to a good standard. If we are going with a small squad next year having players like that will be vital.

Agree with the versatility aspect, as has been commented upon previously and JE alluded to, we are waiting to see who goes before we know if we will be having any 'incomers'. This regime seem to play their cards very close to their chest, so unless you are 'in the know' ....... and some know before the club does

James Elston said the RFL have not given us special treatment and have/or receiving funds from them.

As has been said we have recieved no help from RFL we are not entitled to. As has also been said the club are cutting the cloth to the squad that we can afford/budget.

Maybe quins should do the same if they can't afford the players and stop paying full cap.

I am not amongst the London sympathisers and think we are long past the time they should be booted well out of SL.

All clubs can apply to the RFL for a loan, they are entitled to request that from the governing body.

So providing the loans payed back then this clubs recieved nothing its not entitled to.

You will not find a link. London want to fold at the end of the season , will the RL give them a life line. Talks have been on going nearly all season. I think the RL would prob back them , and give them to the end of next season when they will be relegated anyway.

Elstons reply to the question was criptic enough to suggest Trinity have dipped into next years pot to pay for the wages/tax bill this year, so the allusion that the RFL have paid the wages won't be far wrong.

London should've been centrally backed in the first place, even better if they could persuade Sky to get involved.
