| Load of tosh!!
The difference between us winning and loosing that game, was one thing!
More acurately one player, one D. Brough!!
The decision to release him for whatever resin has proved to be a massive error.
This week like two weeks ago against crusaders we were rubbish but we were beaten by equal rubbish, we were never gonna win the league but a broughy led side would have picked up four more points.
We let broughy go for the betterment of Wakefield Trinity, I would love whoever sanctioned that deal to come out publicly and explain to the fans where we are benefiting currently or what planned benefits we have to expect, because as far as I can see, we are clueless.
As for Cooke, he's abysmal, I just hope he gets home sick sooner rather than later!!!!

Only option i can see.People will ask - well who would you get?
But whether or not anyone immediately springs to mind is no excuse for allowing Kear to continue, you could turn out the type of performances weve seen over the last few weeks with no coach at all.

Well I know the full details of Brough leaving and at the time considereing all the circumstances I would have done the same. The mistake we made was listening to JK and thinking Paul cooke would go someway to filling the gap.

| It's not Kear on the field is it. It's the players, Cooke should be there in the middle, directing the moves, creating plays.

Absolute garbage, one man does not make a team. If we still had Brough and he was marked out of the game, where do we go from there? We have speed out wide, why did we get to 78 mins before we used it?
Kears tactics!
Im sure Mwildcats and the rest of the kear butt licking crew will not agree, but time for a change!

Kear was part of the football committee that sanctioned the Brough sale and is part of the self same committee that sanctions every coming and going.
I agree we have missed Brough immensly and i could live with that,i can live with watching a team that so obviously lacks any desire or motivation. The desire and motivation comes from the players and the coach, the tactics come from the coach -- we cant change the whole team, but we can change the coach.
Kear should go now!!!!!!!!!!!

Agreed. Plenty of effort, not much nouse. No one who can read the game a couple of moves ahead. We knew we'd miss Brough, but I don't think we realised quite how much.

| Have I woken up in Bizzarro Land? I'm embarassed to call myself a Wakey fan tonight, and not because of what happened in the last 80 minutes on the field.

| totally disagree, you cannot make chicken soups from chicken S***.
If Rhinos lost lets say, Rob Burrow, Jamie Peacock and Danny Mcguire, then were allowed to replace with someone old and overweight and that's it I am sure they would have no idea either,
the team he built in preseason has been decemated bacause:
Brough wanted more money, fair enough got a family to look after
Troncs family was unhappy and Newton was stupid.
How can that be JKs fault, he is left with a squad of a average players, too old players and some good players not firing or not in key positions, for me you look at the captain, who was poor, dropped balls, missed passes and fwd passes, he is not even doing what he was good at anymore which is running at defences on angles, sorry but taxi for JD in my opinion

| It's Kear.
I've been a fan of John Kear since he first started coaching Cas 'A' team. He is one of the best technical coaches this game has ever seen. He knows the laws of the game inside out (unlike many of his contemporaries), he also knows the strengths and weaknesses of all players in Superleague.
What he is not is a manager, head coach or whatever you want to call it.
John Kear is probably the best assistant coach that any team could wish for. What he and any employer needs to accept is that fact. He should never be given absolute control

I think the fans (and certainly the shareholders) deserve to know what these "full details" are. Aside from the difference in Brough & Kirmond's wages I don't think we'll have got more than £15k to £20k as a fee. In a season where our year end position is so important I cannot think of ANY reason why we should have let our main source of creativity go before the season was over.
At the moment it seems we're sacrificing the SL future of this club beyond the end of next season for the sake of a few grand.
ANSWERS ARE NEEDED & NOW!!!!!
