Securing BV (or Newmarket) would be THE most positive thing that has happened to this club over the last 20 years (with the possible exception of our SL status) and it would give the club the chance to properly invest in the ground, rather than patching it up, year on year, to minimum standards, as we may have been moving.

You could possibly understand why he didnt want to hand over the ownership of the club, based on a business plan scribbled on the back of a fag packet.

We want to pay for the product and we want the best possible product but if it's a banged up Cortina rather than new Audi, when it's the only car in town, you'll buy it and drive it with a smile on your face.
He has nothing to gain by cheating anyone. He may well be painting pretty pictures when it isn't actually pretty but it doesn't change anything. It woudn't be any prettier if it told you the truth.

I really don't understand all the venom towards MC. I can understand people coming on here questioning some of his decision after all the bloke is relatively new to RL, not as perfect as we'd like him to be but he's there isn't he steadying the ship every day! He's the man who, with one or two more saved this club again! If it hadn't been for him you wouldn't have a WT, so get off the bloke's back!
