I remember Shane taking an interest in Nanyn when he was at (Whitehaven?), and his 2 tries for Leigh tonight suggest something. But for me he has never looked SL standard.

Didn't he have offers, but has a succesful life outside RL?

Few can argue that he is a big unit who knows where the try line is he is also a very good goal kicker but for me he as never worked hard enough to step up to SL
As for top class British centres we have none not one in the whole of the SL it’s a sign of the times disgraceful really

We did look at Nanynn for a while but the staff where of the opinion he had the heart of a flea rather than a lion which is what we wanted.
