Hope we keep both ,they are playing there part in one of the best packs I have seen at Wakefield in a long time The pack are bossing other packs,the third try we scored was one of the best I have seen for a long time .Know the Catalan pack came back at us in the second half ,but think that was down more too penalties and not getting through our set of 6 tackles in the second half .!

Atoni v Satai is a tough choice.


Slightly different style, Satai 3 years older but clearly is a powerful runner.
Assuming Satai fits in to our team harmony and isn't on silly money you'd have to lean his way.


If I'm being honestthough, Caius is also in question for me. Yesterday shows exactly where his problem is. Brings lots of energy and half busts but drops the ball twice in key places.


If it was Atoni v Faatili v Rodwell it would be a tough call to lose one.


I'd rather keep them all.

It looks like we'll be without Atoni and obviously Rodwell for Magic.
If we lose Hamlin-Uele too we are in trouble.


We either play Pitts up front for a spell or we bring Shaw/Lingard back in.


Big Mc will need to do some long minutes and he was limping too.

Exactly and Atoni plays his part.id definitely keep him.  

To answer your question Butcher - Atoni or Satae - for me it's no contest, Satae by some distance.He is a very destructive runner and more of a match winner,imo,whereas Atoni can do it, but rarely does.It depends what we want at this moment in time. Atoni is 30 in June,Satae 33 in October.

That was the clear hip drop on Mike. Thought it was disgusting it wasn?t punished during the game. 

If those are out we will be having a hard time putting a decent pack together. 


At least Vagana can cover but we could be down to Shaw/Lingard or Noah High as 4th prop. 

While talking about Atoni, let?s give him some credit too
In that wonderful 3rd try he was involved twice and both times he showed subtle soft hands
First he tipped on to Fa?atili then stayed alive to take the back flip from Lino and offloaded to Griffin.

I agree Avenger. Not sure many props in SL do to be honest.

I think Trinity should be OK with McMeekan, Faatili, Vagana and Shaw as the 4 props with Cozza also available to play in the middle?
