There wouldn't be any debate if you lot could just stick to reality, a 1000 is hardly bad. I honestly can't see how that picture proves anything, it's just a black hole with some snow to make it even more impossible to tell.

1800 was Mr Wrights estimation, so divide by 2 and wait a few years and see what happens !
They did well to stage the game at all and as mentioned in the thread, had it not been a sky game it would probably have been called off.

Have to say I think both us and cas have shown great support over the weekend, but same cannot be said for salford very poor attendence and that "GRAND" opening ceremony was embarrassing for salford/RFL/Sky and RL in general, hopefully it's not an indicator as to what the olympics will be like
I'd be interested to find out how many "loyal" hudds fans made their way to watch an unlikely opening win against the Pies

I know the weather was hash, but perhaps a more pertinent question would be, why is there no sign of improvement at Salford?
