The applications were professionally assessed on merits. The result was you dropping out and Crusaders staying in. Yesterday the Crusaders pulled out, leaving a snap decision by Lewis and Wood. The easiest decision was made, keep Wakefield in but remind them they have to do something with their ground blah blah blah. If BV is redeveloped before the start on next year it is still not a SL standard ground. End of.

It's a shame that fans of two 'proper' clubs are reduced to having an argument over Business plans, stadia and finances. Until the RFL sorts this out I've not much interest for our game.

I've no problem with the guy mouthing off although it is probably ill judged, he's obviously disappointed. What I still don't get is why all his ire is aimed towards us specifically. As for certain fax fans coming on here slagging us off have more dignity it's not Wakey who introduced this stupid process
