Whatever transpired from the derisory offer from Yorkcourt to buy Belle Vue? Did the BOI tell them to jog on?

As the whole thing is still fluid I will not comment on one specific aspect.

I do note that MC has tweeted this morning that regardless of the outcome this season and the negotiations, there will be 'one last game' at BV. What that is, or when, we will have to wait, but there will be a celebratory event - if it comes to it.

I hope that helps placate some - it's not ideal, but it helps.

I guess I did but was pointing out that it was not a covenant but a planning condition. They are different and a covenant placed on the title is more difficult to remove than a planning condition.

As I have said even if we leave Belle Vue we have a degree of protection from Condition 38 but more importantly the condition may assist the Club in its negotiations to secure a sensible deal to remain at Belle Vue which I hope they are successful.

I can see why people are getting frustrated, angry even but come on people you are venting at the wrong people here! Unpaid volunteers who are doing everything they can don't deserve abuse.

Maybe, but then again, maybe some aren't as understanding of the very stressful situation the club are in. We have few friends out there and are dealing with businesses who are looking after their own interests and not those of a RL club, but our corner is being fought on our behalf whilst those behind him snipe and moan. It works both ways and whilst I appreciate that anyone on here is here because they love the Trin and want only the best for the club, I can't help but feel that much of the energy is misdirected and would be better directed towards supporting the club in what will go down as one of the most difficult situations it has ever faced.

I don't expect to alter opinions, but please just stop and think for one moment. Thank you.

At this late stage i cannot see those assurances forthcoming so for me a deal has to be for to stay at Belle Vue and if that cannot be done its a not so slow death for this once great club.
