It's not his ability that is at issue, but that is a few years ago now. Can we as a small club seriously risk a player who only played 7 games for his previous club due to being unavailable due to off field issues. To build a whole off season around him only for him to bail, what a waste. Lets be honest here, if you sign a player like him on the pretext that he still has it then you will build the team around him. That is one huge gamble. |

Agree although he still has the ability in there somewhere, remember its not quite 12 months ago he was scoring two tries and winning the grand final for Wigan. This time last year people were saying he should be in the England squad. The issue is he has effectively gone AWOL from two clubs in 6 months and its obvious his head is all over the place and there are all sorts of rumours as to his private life. I'd seriously doubt whether he'd still be here by easter. |

I totally agree. If he came to wakefield it would be like letting dracula loose in a blood bank. Imagine him up westgate. In all seriousness though he obviously has a problem, and possibly wont play again. Very sad situation. |

have to agree id rather and this is just my opinion take a chance of keith senior for a season than gleeson would be good for murphy and young walshaw too help learn and bring them along say what u want about senior but hes played at the top for a long long time . |

Agree with you there 100%. Senior isnt a liability off the field.(as long as he doesnt go back to aus banging around). He is still a top player,and think leeds have missed him alot too. |

Big big risk going for Gleeson. If it comes off great but theres got to be major doubts that he's still up to it mentally.
