Did I not see a Tweet earlier suggesting that the Inspector found it rather amusing?
No need to be po-faced about the Inquiry; you could even argue that DC represents a massively important part of what WTW brings to the local community, as a spearhead of the work that the club does in schools across the district. |

I think it's fine that he turns up today during the latter stages of the final summing up.
The rest of the inquiry has been very very professional and a timely reminder from DC that this is as much about the kids and communities as it is about councils at war and greenbelt is OK by me.

Overall I think things have gone well for us. The mysterious Mr Gubbage made another last minute attempt to throw a spanner in the works but that was about it. In fact the guy has probably been their best objector but he made the mistake of leaving his concerns too late in the day IMHO.
Soon be back to rugby and we can now put all this on the back burner and hope for PP granting in the spring.
