To be fair I'd rate above most of our coaches. Like you say only time will tell if he can get something out of the current squad. |

Well Brian Smith would be an excellent choice to put some structures in place for the longer term. Definitely not the cheap option this time around but if he can turn the ship around it'll be worth it.
