I imagine they will now still have to make the ruling but you would have thought it will have a significant bearing on the decision.

Has anyone at the PI pointed out that some land with development that is greenbelt land is for sale at the other side of Junction 30 in Leeds council area.A section of land you could throw a stone at from NM and only miss if you had lost your sight.

icon_thumb.gif James E is looking into it, but hopefully if it changes to Brown belt in Feb, then Newmarket does not need special permission to build, this should help the build move in the right direction with pace.. but thing are going well at the PI today..

Is this good news or bad news? If special circumstances don’t have to be proved what need do York Court have to put capital into the stadium project? If the lands reclassified they could apply for PP for just warehousing alone without the added expense of the stadium?
