Dagger whoes done ok. what i dont get is why everybody loves lino he's average at best,all competative games he's played in he cant create anything, sl coaches are not dumb they put pressure on him (as hull did with gale) to upset his game .Also his defence aint great, he's lowon confidence and he's gonna struggle to find it this season everygames a must win

He has convinced me now... he's simply not good enough! Passes to the floor, dropped balls, missed tackles, too slow. Why does he get picked every week when Dagger is far better and can convert goals too?!

Just wish so called fans would stop going on about Lino, think a lot of you must just use four letter words .After the friendly against Featherstone you could see we were in for a bad season ,we were overloaded with old men so bad and slow in every thing to do with rugby..Applegate as had chance to bring younger players in ,Croft, Kershaw, and a few more .they have gone well ,but the Coach is obsessed with old players and as soon as a old player was fit ,it was young player out,old player in.The spine of the team as been changed so many times by our Coach that Quasimodo as a better spine than we have got This shocking season is not down to one player it is down to a Coach who is a Academy Coach and it shows New Coach came in at Cas who had a good spine to the team and there Coach was good enough to get it to work

The biggest weakness is in the centres because the majority of his signings have been forwards. We basically ran with just two experienced centres after swapping one for a full back before adding Croft. The two have both endured injury absences meaning we have been forced into our usual solution of using a forward.

We managed to escape relegation last season but no lessons were learnt. Instead of making good signings and strengthening all areas of the squad. We went into this season with an even weaker squad, promoted a young inexperienced coach to manage it. Hey Presto ! here we are. It's far more than this or that player, it's the sum of everything.

Very much so. I think most could see this coming but we're hoping we we're wrong. The pundits could see it, rival fans could see it, the only people who couldn't are the people who hired the coach and then didn't give him a fighting chance by giving him a poor squad to pick from, not that I have seen anything in our play that would suggest having better players would've have changed the outcome of this season.

Just like with all things at this club it’s glaringly obvious what this team kept boatd of directors saw in mash. It even rhymes with his nickname! CASH. Cheap awful option and that has been proved time and time again with some of the disgusting performances that have been turned out this season. Going to be a very costly decision in the long run, and, if Ellis walks away it could be one that ultimately sees the total demise of Wakefield Trinity and a fledgling football club is waiting in the wings rubbing their hands ready to take over use of the ground.
