If there was something visible as folk enter the ground, it would serve as an excellent reminder that we need to support the scheme.
I'm not suggesting someone sitting under a blanket with an old dog next to them but, instead it could be manned by some of the up and coming players.

Could do a £20 draw, to get a stand named after you for the next 5 years open to both wakey fans and anybody else willing to trying help the club from various clubs, to attract those none wakey fans to have a go offer them a match of their choice full hospitality or something.

It does have to be priced right. An alternative may be say to give £125.00 discount off a full priced ST for 10 years for £1,000. That way the Club gets £1,000 when it most needs it and if you buy a ST for 10 years you save £250. Plus the Club has got a fan for the next 10 years.

Taking that further, businesses pay £5000 to be put in a hat to be drawn at a pre-season game. Winner gets the main stand names after them, minimum of 25 businesses to enter. 1 in 25 chance of having the main stand with your name on it mentioned on radio, seen on TV etc for just £5000. Revenue of £125000 for 1 stand. do the same for naming other stands, bars, stadium.

Not a bad idea that!

Get local companies to do relatively small jobs around Belle Vue in return for an advertising board within the North stand on the back of the name boards of the stand. Any 'advertiser' would have the captive market of the Northstanders, because if you are watching the match you would not help but see the boards.
The first one for me would be a firm to put speakers within the North stand to enable spectators to hear the announcements!

Can I just say that if I was a potential buyer of a 2014 season ticket and having just spent quite some time looking at your website, either I am not looking in the right place or I think I am right in saying that nowhere does it say how much a season ticket (gold membership) actually is.

I would have thought that you should be making it clearly obvious as soon as someone logs on to the website how much they are.

Few quick ideas:

Get a 'classic' DVD series going, £9.99 for things like Yorkshire Cup final, Million £ match, Championship final game vs Feath etc.

Have events in Cats where you sell tickets to watch the above, invite past players who took part, offer food etc.

Stock versions of classic shirts in the shop, I'd quite like one without the sponsorship on that I could wear for a number of seasons.

Lower the prize money for the lottery and offer more things that are worth more to the fans but cost less to the club, hospitality, goal kicking lessons with that season's kicker, away game travel on the coach, you choose MOM etc. I'd also try and sell tickets at the game too to tempt casual fans.

Sell the program as a digital magazine that people can subscribe to, keep it going throughout the closed season for official updates.
