Marc Green says theres nothing wrong with seeking a second opinion even after the Doctor has prescribed a medicine. Thats not really a comparable analogy though, whats happened here is more akin to self inflicting a fatal wound and dying from the resultant blood loss only to be brought by by way of a transfusion. Not happy with life, you once again inflict fatal wounds upon yourself and then realise you actually dont want to die after all and kick n scream until eventually shuffling off this mortal coil once more. A Frankenstein's monster like reserrection then appears looking like you but is really just a dead man walking so the Doctor prescribes some time away where you can learn to be human again but the warped mind of a monster can't accept that he's dead so seeks a second opinion. The Independent Board of scientists also declare you dead and uphold te Doctors opinion. Truly deluded you still can't accept that youre dead and seek a third opinion.
Where are the angy torch bearing villagers when you need them, oh sorry thats us.

High Court appeals cost plenty.
Unless they have very, very deep pockets and are confident of success, they should spend what they have wisely.

I suggested that he'd do that a few weeks ago but I added the caveat that he'd then use the fact that he'd paid a creditor to try and reduce the penalty to 4points. the Bulls apologists laughed at the idea but watch this space. |
