| Quote: Trojan Horse "If we can push it over the 5000 mark that would be the icing on the cake. There will be some walk up and add in the away fans too (option of cheap west £10 tickets or premium east stand £25) and we could see some regular 5k + attendances.'"
Assuming that all the season ticket holders turn up.

| Impressive recruitment off and on the field, smart kits, new stand opening (finally) and fantastic season ticket sales. Match day 1 can’t come soon enough!

I’d expect them to most games or what would be the point of purchasing.
Naturally it would fluctuate by percentage with individuals commitments but that should go without saying as common sense. Not something you can guage till after the event.

I'm thinking more of the 'freebies'.

Not sure how you could do this other than perhaps dismantling the structure and maybe re-constructing the original terrace and then putting roofing on it (probably what should have been done originally).
If that were to happen could the north stand roof be moved to the west and boxes removed.
There will likely be alot of options but it’s a shame the north stand works have left so much wasted space around it. Though they look smarter from pitch facing.

The roof is the reason they couldn't go further back. To keep the same incline the roof had to be lifted which increased the costs drastically.
Ellis obviously has the money to do it.

Higher the roof and put another section of terracing could be one of the options.

And if they do that as well as finishing the lower section with new terracing and some concession stands it will be one of the best End Terraces in the sport!
I really can’t think of one that’s better, newer maybe but for the steep angle and the capacity it would have to be right up there.

| To be honest, if I had the money I'd do the West terrace and make that the covered area for the home fans and let the away fans go north.
It's a much better view from the side.

| Dont worry about the developement of the ground the Ellis's do that very well if you saw any of their structures u would understand they will do it very well and quickly.
Think its time for us all to pinch ourselves and be thankful we have an owner who is a genuine fan. Matt will take this club forward best he can and having known him for many years now I will say hes on another level from any owners of rugby league clubs I know, its not the money its the brain and the drive he has. He may make a few mistakes early on but he will learn very quickly and formulate a plan to get this club back to where it belongs, hold on tight its going to be a fun ride.

With a packed North Stand, we should all be looking to 'raise the roof' this coming season

Bearing in mind how quick the season tickets have sold, and hopefully if we can bounce straight back up, we may have to consider all avenues of increasing capacity.
Not sure how much the capacity would increase by

Sorry, don't agree.
Home fans should be behind the sticks - we moan on here when we go to away grounds and get a view from the side!!
If home fans want to stand on the Western Terrace, fine and crack on but not for me thanks...

I don't know any other team that puts away fans down the side.
The better view of the whole pitch is down the side, which is why the posh seats are always there......in every sport.
But I guess it's personal choice.
