I don't think you understand the power of, lets say marketing, promoting, advertisements, propoganda. Billions is spent upon persuading people to part with there hard earned cash. Education for a start - I know it’s only Kettlethorpe so not exactly top of the range but when I attended there mid 2000’s there were hardly any BAME students and certainly no BAME teaching staff at all. Likewise college and university pretty much the same feat.

Looking at both cabinets I think I only see 5 BAME ministers in total. I think politics, although there have been some positive changes in this regard, is still a massively disproportionate area.

I’ve had a mate admit recently he’s struggled all his life as someone from the BAME community due to the likes of the Daily Mail constantly attacking them with their sensationalist headlines and people like Tommy Robinson and Nigel Farage given the airtime and freedom to spout their hatred. He also feels that any mistakes he may make would end up being used to judge his community.
