| Crikey, I had heard the rumour but thought Smith a pretty good judge.
Cummins to Wigan - you heard it here first.

| Said it before and I'll say it again, Trinity should be looking at a league table that has Bradford on 8 points.
With respect to the above statement, I'd love to know what the flaw is with the appeal decision. Was there anything official ever released on the process other than the verdict?

| Wow - comparing the Bulls plight to that of the Allied Forces during the D-Day landings; that's a bold analogy.

| Marc Green really needs to let it go now.
Has he not heard the one about Iestyn Harris?
He needs to sort a new coach out & try to get them out of the mire, which is still possible.

| I still can't believe that the decision wasn't binding on both parties meaning a legal challenge would not be possible and drawing a line under the whole sorry saga

Their argument is obviously on a legal technicality, but the rules as far as I am aware merely state an administration event leads to sanctions including loss of competition points. There is also a clear precedent that this starts at the equivalent of 3 wins and can be reduced if creditors are paid off.
Consequently, how they arrived in administration appears to have no relevance under the rules.
Finally, I would imagine that the money they have spent on the initial appeal and any subsequent high court challenge could have been better used to pay off some creditors and get points back.

| I seem to recall being told on numerous occasions; that it was against a clubs SL membership to take legal against the governing body, or was that just if it was us?

Can't view the clip because of work filters (can another mod check it please and remove if necessary) but what i will say is that i see no fun in the demise of any club, as it could very easily still be us.
My argument has always been with the RFL's unfair treatment of the clubs (ours) not with the supporters of Bradford Bulls, although some (a miniscule minority) of them quite clearly are a pain.
Whatever your beef (no pun) is with them, keep it on your; or (if you really have to) there board.
NO TROLLING HERE!!

| Marc Green says theres nothing wrong with seeking a second opinion even after the Doctor has prescribed a medicine. Thats not really a comparable analogy though, whats happened here is more akin to self inflicting a fatal wound and dying from the resultant blood loss only to be brought by by way of a transfusion. Not happy with life, you once again inflict fatal wounds upon yourself and then realise you actually dont want to die after all and kick n scream until eventually shuffling off this mortal coil once more. A Frankenstein's monster like reserrection then appears looking like you but is really just a dead man walking so the Doctor prescribes some time away where you can learn to be human again but the warped mind of a monster can't accept that he's dead so seeks a second opinion. The Independent Board of scientists also declare you dead and uphold te Doctors opinion. Truly deluded you still can't accept that youre dead and seek a third opinion.
Where are the angy torch bearing villagers when you need them, oh sorry thats us.
