We need to cut out the errors. We make far too many and good teams will punish us. Powell recognises this and hopefully will be drilling it into the players. Keep the standards high and the results will look after themselves.

Brad Day could be in trouble as he connected with the head with his shoulder and was lucky to stay on as replays clearly showed this. There was no video ref but the review panel will pick this up. I think it has rained at some point every day since we last played there. Forecast also suggests the trend will continue this week. I suspect the pitch may have improved very little and we may be in for another war of attrition in the mud. At least this time the players will be fully aware what is expected and hopefully we also adapt our tactics.

It has, pretty much, but I dont think it has been as bad as the other week. The temperature has also climbed a bit, since, too.
