Liam Kay has one and he's done ok for us

I would be happy with this on a short term 1 season arrangement.

Him and Lino work reasonably well together and it’s been a challenge to find anyone who compliments Lino.

He will undoubtably give 100% too.

It would be an improvement on last year but as I say short term only.

Some others may disagree. However if that is true ,maybe he should have put it in throughout the majority of the season. Then we would not have been left in a situation where we had to fight for our lives at the end to scrape by and stay up.

Think we need to look elsewhere

It maybe bull but looking logically Miller was behind a beaten pack for most of his time at trinity but when he did have the forwards on the front foot he looked good. He always put in 100% and more than most including messiah fafita who could go missing if you watched closely at times

You've got to be kidding. Maybe your Fafita went missing but the David Fifita who played at Wakefield never went missing. His stats back that up consistently

I'm not a great believer in stats , for example Lynne this year he was always up there but most was running from first up not in open play where it counts. I am talking about fifita over all the years. For example we played widnes in the cup a few years back and he took the first drive in then didn't take another until the 35th min . Nobody would believe me then we played catalans week after on sky and he did exactly the same so they all watched closely and saw the same. Agreed he was a crowd pleaser especially over last couple of years but don't forget he was on top brass and so not sure he was the king people nake out. Be interested to know how many games he played for trinity and we won against how many we won when he was not playing.

That's because you don't understand the stats in my opinion. The metres are judged on metres forward not metres run.

Fifita had calf issues and often played injured....but I also remember a period of time where Fifita didn't miss a tackle for 10 games and was top tackler of the middles for most of them.
Stats are facts. You can interpret them differently, hence why politicians use them for agendas but Fifita's tackling and number of carries are facts.

I've heard he's on about £150k a year at Cas.

Certainly not worth anywhere near that. Were getting rid of players on over inflated salaries.

If we were prepared to pay that sort of money, I'd rather move on and scout around in the NRL

If he came back he’d have my support, good player.
