Sorry but it's a Shambles, even if the club recruit a top level replacement.
CC got 3 season of terrible results and a WP gets 1 season, just don't understand this decision.
The clubs at a critical stage and this desisions totally baf8at this stage.
So is Mr Carter head of recruitment, well I for one bloody hope not.
The problem with the club is Carter it's his club and he couldn't give a stuff about the supporters. Just pay for your ticket and give him a total free hand.
Let's hope he's got a trick or two up his sleeve because if he hasn't he's just dug one hell of a hole for himself.

Shocking decision. Poching and Cummins did exactly what was required of them given the resources available. Constant penny pinching makes any coaches job impossible. Carter is the one that should walk, he has run his course here.

Can't help but think this is a mistake.

However, if they have a talented experienced coach coming in, then fair play to the board for wanting to move us forward.
But we are talking about a well established NRL assistant coach or Head coach out of a job......not a Super League assistant with no experience.
We might as well have kept Poching for that, who even with the peaks and troughs is more successful than any other coach in win percentage in decades.

The Maguire who admitted at the end of the season that he realises he wasn’t ready for a head coach role? Sounds about right.

What exactly did the club expect from WP, the players recruited wasn't his.
We far too often play the poor old Wakey card then get rid of a coach just before he's responsibility for recruitment.
SORRY SOMETHING STINKS.

Whilst most of us are surprised at this decision, let's just wait and see who comes in before we throw the baby out with the bath water. MC and JM have steadied this ship since they took over and will be fully aware how crucial next season is with the up-coming seismic changes at the end of the year, so for me we should cut them some slack until the new coaching set-up is announced...you never know we may be pleasantly surprised

No he has not been sacked he had a 12 month contract he's fulfilled it he doesn't get a new one that's not being sacked.
