Why does it warrant a ban? Two arms wrapped around the waist and pulled to the floor. All tackles require force to be applied towards the ground. On what basis can it be a ban? Also, why did the referee not red card him for such a dangerous tackle to warrant a three game ban?

Full body weight drops on the Wigan players legs,looks pretty innocuous during the game but is clear, particularly with the end camera on review. He could've damaged knees or ankles or even broke bones.

Did Jordy Crowther come back in the 2nd half TC commented that-he as limping when walking back to the bench after half time.

His body weight isn't on his legs. His legs give way because he's getting pulled to the ground, not because Kelepi is on top of him. By that definition any tackle in rugby league is a penalty as it results in full body weight on the top of someone.

It's a bit strange that the Wigan players don't react.

Not on pivotal points of the body, similar to cannon ball tackle but not as obvious or as dirty. I can see why they want to make him think about the technique hence the ban, and its not his first of the season.
