Wasn’t there an edict from SL to simplify badges?
I think it’s a bit odd to remove the red altogether but other than that it’s far more useable from a graphic point of view. |

| I did post a few months ago when the Wigan & salford badges changed, that wakey would be going down a similar route. Thankfully our rebranding isn't as obnoxious as their attempts and better than KR's, thankfully we still have our 140 year identity clearly displayed on the badge so its a  from me. |

Most things in life are superficial and all about perception. I'm not in the field but to me the whole 'works better digitally ' is a bit of a red herring. Not once have I looked at any club badge and it thought that it doesn't work when viewing ot on a screen. |

Just putting this out there....it's our massive anniversary in 2023......we're 150 years old........what were the original colours when we were born...........blue shirt with white stripe on the front?
Is it a subtle transformation in readiness for that......or aren't we that clever?
Can anyone elaborate (or even bothered?!)
