Why? It’s a forum for fans to discuss all aspects of the club and that includes rumours they may of heard, whether they turn out to be true or not. Just because you sometimes might not like what is put on here doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be. If you think its garbage, and it could well be, so be it, just ignore it.

I think MC reported “we haven’t signed Liam Hood” which at that time could have been true. The club have always said it doesn’t announce signings until the contracts have been signed.

Lino is coming on and his goal kicking is top drawer but I don't think he's quite reached the level we expected yet.

Lino has taken a while to pan in and I think /hope a good off season with a settled team will see his on field distribution/ability get up to somewhere near his goal kicking prowess . I’ve Lost count over the years how many games we have lost due to lost goal kicks ,but now for the time being at least we have put that problem to bed .Found it very unfair for the lad to be bagged so early in his Trinity career when playing firstly behind a beaten pack and a team constantly in flux . I look at it this way if the lad was a world beater he wouldn’t be here lets be straight on that matter ,there is improvement hopefully to come from him ,but that also can be said for the rest of the team, and I for one hope he’s around long enough to give us all something to shout about

There's an interview with him in today's Wakey Express in which he says "We've been practicing a lot of shape and trying different things. We've put that shape on every week so it was nice to see Pittsy go through for one like he did......I didn't start the season like I wanted...It took me a few games to get used to the style here, but I've slowly started to find my feet and I am enjoying it"
