I think we are all aware of that now.
What the stats were pointing out is that not every replacement is better.
If we are to replace Chester, it needs to be a good replacement, otherwise (IMO) we are better fighting it out with what we have. |

Just as a matter of intrest you say bringing in a replacement wouldnt nessaceeraly be better but how could it be worse.credit to you for sticking by the man you love just hope he pulls us out of this . |

Again, I'm not sticking with him. I am simply pointing out that he has been good for us in the past, he has suffered a lot of damage to his team plans outside his control and the team seem bonded to try and improve, which they are doing, albeit slowly.
Just putting a less capable coach in place will make things worse.
Agar and Webster being a great example.
