I will never forget the tackle on Ashley Gibbson by Ahvan infront of the main stand at there place! Gibbson out for a long time with shoulder injury, The cheering from the scum they call fans was disgusting that did it for me with that load of $hite glad they went down and dont want them back no matter how many they bring.

Based on facilities, I'd go with Leigh. Good stadium and a rugby-mad town.

It's a shame Bradford weren't doing a bit better on the pitch, as they are a bona fide big club. It was good to see Odsal bouncing in that cup game last year.

I would have said Widnes, but I can't stand the pitch. Doesn't look as bad in the flesh, but looks dreadful on TV.

Fev? On merit, yes, but at a point when the wider sporting public might see an expansion team failure without fully appreciating the reasons, to replace them with the flat-cappers would look like the game has accepted defeat.

London is a decent shout on merit, but I'd be happy to see Leigh back.

I can see them doing something stupid like that but I think it should be the team that was defeated in the Grand Final to get promoted, assuming they are ready to go.

I really think there is potential to push RL, particularly in the lower leagues. All the emphasis is on SL, but yet there are some great traditional teams with better crowd potential than us, floundering in the doldrums of the RL world.
There must be a way of pushing league 1 and giving it some importance blending more with SL.
to get the crowds back in to great clubs like Leigh, Halifax, Bradford, Fev, Widnes, Oldham York etc etc.
Perhaps a pipedream as it would cost money and lots of it....
