I have to say he's a great and very important part of the club. Never met him but he does is job really well and has change social media perception of Trinity.

I agree with you on this, I’ve met, and communicated with him a number of times over recent years, and always found him helpful, also think he has improved the communication side of the club.

I hope Gigot is only there to make up the 21 squad amount.

You could be right there, I know some named in the Cas 21 have no chance of playing. Just there to bring the number up to 21, most teams will be the same but at least it puts some doubt on the opposition coach plans.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Gigot plays and has a blinder. I to have been hugely disappointed by him and can’t see why some insist on bulling up some woefully poor performances.

Nor did I ever think he was all that good even when at Catalan, he’s a quite limited player imho. He very much fits the stereotype of a French player. Some genuine ability but a total lack of consistency and a grasp of the basics. True we’ve generally been crap so its not been easy for the new guys but he was signed as a player to rise above that and he hasn’t.

That said I don’t think he’s failed through lack of effort other than the last few appearances. Now after a win and a break he might show up well especially if things go well for him early doors.

I wouldn’t write him off totally, not yet anyway.
