The thing is Chester goes to Carter for a player, gets the one he wants from those available having presumably done his homework on the player, we have a first team squad all selected by the coach who all train together as finances rears it's ugly head again because we don't have the luxury of specialist coaches, so all those thirty or so players should know each other and the set moves and all the other stuff they do, that being so when we get the inevitable injuries players should be able to slot in, so is the coach recruiting the wrong players, or are they too stupid to take in what's they're being told, and if so why is he signing them, or are his tactics and methods not up to the required standard, make up your own mind because clearly somethings not working.

We kick off it’s just the same kick over and over again, we never try to force pressure then before we know it they kick and there on our line. We have no plan on our kicks whatsoever, we put a high ball up and no one ever chases it, we never chip over, we never kick early, do we ever call one more drive and it’s downtown, the defence is always set and expecting it. We don’t kick off the front foot, we’ve had senior on the wing 6 foot 2 and we don’t kick to him.
He doesn’t know what he’s doing with team selection in fact you can expect anyone to play anywhere. We are so easy to defend against if we ever get enough field position. We go middle we go left after we’ve asked someone who’s never done it all his life to pass round the back or we go right with the same. The pack of forwards for all their efforts simply do not make enough ground and rely on the backs for help, we are left with fifty metre kicks on the last more than not, it’s simply comes down to an ageing pack with not enough pace to make breaks.
We have not been able to defend our line for years so it doesn’t surprise me we can’t now. We might have no money but we’ve got some good honest pros who will give their all but for goodness sake get them fitter than any other team, get a game plan that suits them and set some plans to find the opposition weaknesses not just bore us with the same rubbish. We make an easy game look hard. As for recruitment I quite simply have no idea what he’s doing and I’m not sure anyone at the club do either.

Your so right Mopsey I think that last week Chester was pressured by the fans to try the youngsters even tho Chester & MC are not on S media. Plenty of effort but no idea. They must have trained a bit harder in the week because of how they stepped up it was slightly better, But we haven't learned how to pass properly yet the passings appalling so this week they ought to practice that as well. There are lots of things wrong at the moment the fans can see it we're not coaches but we can see what's happening. So either the men at the top are burying the head in the sand & don't want to know which I don't think that's the case or they just have run out of ideas

unless your going to change things and are willing to change things then you can only tell players the same thing so many times, he’s at the right club to change things if he wants to as he will never be sacked or replaced. If we could get money for fafita and Tom and maybe someone else and it was reinvested into the club would you trust Chester to spend it wisely and build a side.
