Reading the councils statement it sounds like 22,300 for phase one which is completed... and 40,000 for phase 2 which is underway... is that accurate or does the 40,000 for phase 2 of newcold include phase 1?

Sounds promising. Just need the developer to now stay solvent and avoid any legal loopholes which might be used to avoid honouring their obligations.

Think the extension about doubles its size.

What number are we currently at, in the aim to get to 60k?
Are we at the 22k that we added today with other work coming or have we already registered on that scale and then added w2k to it.

I like the Blue Peter type target to show us where we are.

I thought it to mean that the Newcold thet's already there is going to count and then the extension will take it up over the 40,000 mark. If this all turns out and as someone says above, a certain company doesn't go belly up, we might only need one more good sized development to take us to the trigger point.

Although I have been no lover of box due to this.

IF the efforts of the council lead to the stadium being built and the trigger point being reached then some of that may very well be down to him following up on this, albeit a bit late.

If his actions for now are to progress this and he does that for the benefit of Wakefield and Trinity then I will see him in a much better light and be thankful for the efforts.

So the original development of 22k has been included in the 60? What about the current extension in progress will this 22k count towards it also?

So, do WT have to find £2M that was mentioned in last weeks council reply, or when the time comes will WMDC gift us £2M as intimated? If so I could see Cas and Fev getting into Box's ribs in the near future.
