But as said, it might be Jowitt's choice or CC may be doing it to take some pressure off him.

I'd be absolutely gutted if Grix takes that fullback spot from Jowitt.
Also think it would open interest from other clubs to entice him away. Wakefield's strength is the 1st team opportunities for youngsters. Jowitt might as well earn more money sat in another teams stand, watching.

I'm all about picking the best team to win the match on any given day. If CC and JK think Grix gives us all round the best chance of winning then I'll go with that.
I really like Max but I cringed at his one on one defence last year, so let's be positive and think of it as a squad, not 1 - 13 as a superior race. Max, Jordan and Batch have time on their side to learn their trade and I will enjoy watching them all grow and develop.
Pick the best team to win the match on game day.

i have not been over there for years - but with a 30/32 man squad 15 miss out each week??? so what do they do ? we don't have reserve grade do we??? someone like last year Jordan Tansey he didn't play at all in first grade so he never played anywhere and just trained?
