I think the main thing here is getting the balance of the pricing structure right.

A few years ago, when we had Andrew Glover and James Elston running the show, the season tickets were being sold at reduced prices, which I would think that is why we were getting good gates. Unfortunately, we got the good gates, but the tills were empty, which falsified the clubs finances.

The deal we had last year was a good deal, but it was off the back of what was a poor season in 2015.

Another factor to consider, up to 24 hours ago, I think we had announced one new signing since they went on sale. I am sure, now we have signed David Fifita, there will be an upward trend. Hopefully, there will be a couple more which will boost these figures, and even more so, last week in November, when the majority will be getting paid.

Nothing against anyone you named having a discount, but to slag off students and Jr doctors is poor form. Looks like you're getting as bitter in real life as your persona on here!

IIRC, for last years season ticket didn't you have to buy a £20 membership? You then paid £214, so the basic price was in effect £234 as you couldn't buy a ST without the membership.

It's not unreasonable for a full time student to have a discounted S/T.
I agree about Nurses, Policemen and other services though

I remember when the junior ticket was introduced and was £35 and you could get into all home and away games.
This must be over 10 years ago, it's now £50 for U16's, so don't think that's too bad.
The problem lies with that people got those tickets free last season and now see any change from that as scandalous!

Not quite, could a membership for £20 which gave you the membership benefits (discounts etc) or you coild get a membership plus for £214 which had the benefits and included a season ticket. You didn't have to buy both.

I seem to remember changing Leeds games to Friday only twice due to Challenge Cup matches.

I'll be very disappointed if they change from Sunday to Saturday. I have had a season ticket for both Trinity and Barnsley FC for many, many, years and don't want to be put in the position of deciding which match to attend. Why can't we stick to Sundays???

I thought the professional game was moved away from Saturday's to allow the amateur game to flourish, has that been forgotten now and sod the community game
