Reece Lyne has everything aside from a Rugby brain IMO and thats why he he hasnt hit his 'potential'

You only have to look at the guys stats since he came here. With no pre-season with us behind him and started playing for a team he didn't know and one when he arrived, started getting injuries all over the place, plus started losing games, he's been better than I thought he would.
Tbh For people to slag him off, I just don't know what game they're watching. Or for that matter what kind of Prop they think we'll be able to get when we're already short in that area.

Even compared to say what many would consider our Best Prop this season Anthony England, his stats stack up really well, although he's obviously less game time than him, with 12 games for Fifita compared to 19 for England.
Before this game he averages more meters per carry than any other Forward at 7.13 (England 6.04), he's made 223 tackles (England 401) & just missed 8 (England 41). He's made a huge amount of tackle burst to say how long he's been here at 41 (England 12) , which is 4th in our team behind backs in Miller, Johnstone & Lyne. He's made 7 errors (England 14). The only real thing he has to clean up is the penalties at 9 (England 9), although not as bad as Moore with 21. I think if we can keep him, with a full pre-season under his belt, we've got a real good Prop on our books.

Errors aside, both players getting slated were statistically two of our better players...both making over 100 metres and both missing no tackles..Fifita our top metre maker with 140 from 17 carries...2 errors and 1 penalty...I can live with that! Harrison gave 3 penalties away and missed 5 tackles and Mika Simon made the same amount of errors as Lyne but am struggling to see the thread started in his name?

I disagree, yes he knocked on a couple of times but other than that he had a good game, for some reason some people have been on his back ever since he came to the club.

Since he arrived we have had 4 different head coaches and all 4 have picked him in the team and I would like to think that they know a bit more about the game than people on here.
