Quote Scarlet Pimpernell="Scarlet Pimpernell"I cannot believe what I am reading that team however you juggle it is poor. An honourable defeat is still a defeat, I am struggling to come up with a worse team. It is that bad that you all pick Lyne despite the general consensus he is rubbish but this is all we have left. I doubt we have any other players to add so it was probably one of the easiest squads to pick.'"
Your right there a defeat is unacceptable whether honourable or not, you seem a bit unclear with your thoughts after this though, whether the team is the worst ever is open to debate, but you seem to be criticising posters on here for picking Lyne yet in the same sentence admit that there is nobody else to play in his place, I'm sure had there been an alternative most would have taken it, but the reality of it is there is not so they have accepted it, unlike you apparently.
Quote Scarlet Pimpernell="Scarlet Ohara"The sad part it is just before our most important game our chairman decides to release probably three players. I think someone should point out to him that players are released after the last game not just before. It looks more like another excuse to save money on their salaries.
I would point out that if he had a sick note then sacking him could turn out to be quite expensive if he sues the club for wrongful dismissal.
Cue Michael Chissit'"
Thanks for the invitation Mr Ohara I don't normally comment on team selections, I usually leave it to the more informed, The sad part is not that he's released three players but the circumstances they have been released, although I know Locke was released early through injury, and you obviously know more than the rest of us regarding the comings and goings of T Smith, perhaps you know more about the third player whose been released and could possibly enlighten us as to who he is.
I would have thought regarding Timmy the chairman would have released him on the advice of the coach, but I'll bow down to your superior insider knowledge on this one.
Your sarcastic comment on saving money by releasing him is just about on a par with your intelligence, and it's noticeable you have now added a degree in law to an already impressive list on your CV, you seriously need to get Mr Carter out of your head, no honestly you really do, why don't you get a hobby you could learn to play golf maybe, got to go now Emmerdales just starting
