Id be really happy with Rankin. Hull fans would probably tell us in more detail, but whenever i have seen them he has looked one of there more dangerous players.

Just seen the Rankin rumour, would be a very good signing, his best position is FB, just a bit unlucky that we have Shaul at Hull, very good in attack particularly in his link up play. Best friends with Miller, so might mean he is staying also.

Be nice if club could confirm one way or other. Looked very good for Hull. On other hand Hull are releasing because the have Shaul we also have Jowett who will be a similar age has only played twice both in difficult circumstances and has been outstanding on both occasions.

Wouldn't be so quick to dismiss the rumour. Radio Humberside have often broke events first. Paul Cooke's transfer for instance was first mooted by them as was FC's drug scandal for another, they do appear to have the finger on the pulse.
The usual suspects would have you believe that Rankin was on his way home to Oz but in reality he was always after a gig in the UK, albeit not at the KC. He has been preferred to Shaul for most of the season by Radford and as the official stats show and FWIW I believe you have signed a good player who can as useful at full back as in the halves. |

When the Club chairman openly states on Twitter Official announcement! All rumours of signings are not true! Until we announce an official deal I would think it's untrue. It's the second time he has denied this story. |
