We are lucky we got 1300 to pay to watch us after the garbage the team has served up for months. If we were in Leigh position we would have got much more people willing to watch us. I aren't going to criticise anyone who has given up because the team are not giving us anything to make us want to watch them and the club don't seem bothered about being an embarrassment

Why should MC throw more of his money in? He has said he doesn't have millions. He came in when we were in a pickle. I can't remember anyone else knocking the door down, then or since??

It's ok saying we managed to stay in SL under the previous regimes, but we were doing it on money we didn't have, hence we have been on the edge of going bust so many times.

The big mistake he has made for me is not getting rid of Webster a few weeks ago. Other than that, I don't see why he's copping the flack??!

The answer is very simple in my mind, if he doesn't pay Webster off he will not get money back. The club will go down, be unable to afford a competitive team due to ground rent and low attendance. Before you know it we'll be in Championship One, evicted from our ground with no way back to Super League.

It is simple Mr Carter. Get rid of Webster and bring back some pride to this club. The fans can see it, why can't you!!!!!

Because unless I'm ill informed in which case I apologies he does have more money than you might think. True there is no reason why he should spend it on us in which case you have to ask what's the point in owning us?
For the record he was part of the Yorkshire Traction management buy out team that eventually was sold to Stagecoach for 30 million if I recall - no idea what he got from that but it wasn't chicken feed I suspect. However what is annoying is that as far as I'm aware no attempt has been made to capitalise the club i.e. sell shares etc which is surprising for a bloke who doesn't want to spend his own money - seems to want it both ways.

Anyway how does anyone know we are financially stable - when were the last set of accounts released?

3 major mistakes by our Chairman. He kept onto his buddy Agar for too long the crowd drift had already started well before the Imbecile was sacked. Mistake number 2 was giving Imbecile mk 2 a 3 year deal, ffs what was that about. Nobody else was even interviewed, no doubt he is a great budddy too. Mistake number 3 is keeping holding of him for too long. Its way too late now the fans have gone for ever and club existence won't be far behind.

Just a note, Agar wasn't sacked he left of his own accord. Carter publicly stated he wouldn't have sacked him. A little bit of history repeating?

Mistake number four, believing people will come and watch this club without some sort of marketing campaign to generate their interest. Who but the 2000 or so regulars even know a game is on?

I said a while a ho Carter was the man to fight the fire and get the club on am even keel but once settled he needed another body who could sell the club. Sadly this has not happened.

We are in between a rock and a hard place though as from recent history there is no one else with sufficient wealth interested in keeping this club going. It's Carter or nothing IMO.

He's done what many others have done and held on to the club too long.
