I think you will find its common practice throughout superleague. I presume with superleague running through the whole of summer the players will want some sort of break. Fair enough those with children due to school holidays etc, so I suppose same rule for all. Not sure how much of a good idea it is though; i know several cas first team just went to ibiza for four days in the last exiles game slot and a few wigan went to cancun (those too injured to play).

This will have been the first 2week slot within summer seen as us playing leeds in tge exile weekend.
Wish aiton a speedy recovery hes been our best player by a long way mainly due to his work ethic and high level of consistency.

Yer that's the important thing to focus on!

I don't think a couple of days off in a two week break in games will kill him.

With a natural break between games, the players were given a week off - I don't see the issue if some of them chose to take a short holiday.

A Brake!!! with only seven games to go and losseing for the last few games ! dont make me laugh,

more likely managment brake so no one to give them the nessesary lead coaching, and dedication to end the season with more wins than last year.

Bad news, and the circumstances are even worse.

Nothing wrong with the break (as in a holiday), in fact it could boost energy levels and freshen up the player/s. It’s not as if the two weeks of training prior to a match the club have had so far during the season have helped.

Don't let the fact that all SL teams catch breaks if the schedule allows but hey don't let that stop you.

A brake is something that slows you're car down ftr.

Aitons played 80 mins in every game and never looked like hiding once, he deserves a break, even machines need service and down time.
